was proud to be called upon to assist agencies of the City of
Winnipeg and the Province of Manitoba in fighting the 1997 Flood of
the Century. Our engineers and scientists provided field assistance
and flood crest modelling throughout the flood crisis.
TetrES engineers were also called upon to conduct
interviews for local and international radio, print and television
media outlets regarding flood severity and flood response efforts.
TetrES was awarded recognition for it's
emergency response efforts during the 1997 Flood by the Honorable
Gary Filmon, Premier of Manitoba.
